This is my first project located in the heart of Fujairah city, minutes away from Fujairah city centre shopping mall and within business and commercial district of Fujairah.

Project Description The project, owned by the Fujairah National Group of companies in Fujairah, UAE, is a hospitality development combining two international hotel operator brands, the 4-star NOVOTEL and the 3-star IBIS, in one scheme.
The main project elements are: 3 basement levels for a total of 320 car parks and MEP services; a ground floor providing an entrance/ reception, a lounge, two restaurants and a banquet hall; a mezzanine floor dedicated to meeting rooms, offices and bars; a first floor featuring a swimming pool, a health club and gymnasium. Floors 2 to 13 house the 180 IBIS Hotel guest rooms and the 72 Novotel serviced apartments, while floors 15 to 23 house the 182 Novotel Hotel guest rooms.
The total built-up area of the 23 storey project is 60,332 m². The development provides 298 single guest rooms, 48 double guest rooms, 16 suites and 72 furnished-serviced apartments.
There are 8 lifts and 3 main staircase.
This is a big Project for me because I was that time just completed my diploma but it easier because of Project Manager Mr. Adnan M.Tattan and Project Engineer Mr. Ahmed M.Reyad, they encourage me & guide me whenever needed.
